Steps to Success
1) A detailed design questionnaire first is completed, before we do anything, we can go over the questions on the phone, or in a meeting, or via email etc.
2) Next we create a site prototype: So that we don't end up building the whole site from start to finish, only to find out you are not happy with the final product we give you several versions to pick from and we'll rework the design until you are happy with the prototype. When you are happy with the initial design you'll sign off on it, and we'll begin construction.
3) Finalize the site design, and conduct usability tests and traffic tests. Once we have the site finalized and you are happy with site, we'll run usability tests, we have several usability testers that work for us, they check the sites and make sure there are no problems with the site that would confuse visitors and make you lose sales because of usability glitches, like a button labeled "add", instead of "add to cart", maybe some people will think that means add the shipping to the total price etc.
4) Load testing: At Tonal we plan for success, and we test all our sites to make sure they can withstand the high amount of traffic a site can get once it's ranking in the top positions of the search engines.
4) Launch new site: Once the site is ready, and has been tested. We'll launch the site, at this point the first thing ecommerce clients would do is upload any products are services to their shopping carts.
